This is an old traditional cottage of 50 m2 in a land of 9.000 m2. It is located in the secluded area of Kalogeros lost in the countryside. It offers breathtaking views to the Aegean Sea. The land is big enough to construct another building or extend the existing one. Next to the cottage there is a traditional plumb oven of 6,80 m2. Lovely nature with plain, chestnut and walnut trees. The beautiful beach of Vathias it is only a few minutes driving from the property.
