Cottage description
Traditional Stone made cottage in a spacious olive grove of 11.600m2, close to Panormos beach. It is located in a very quiet and private area of the island not very far from Skopelos Town approximately 12 klm and only a few minutes’ drive to the beautiful beach of Panormos. The cottage is in good condition and livable. It has been renovated in the 90’s.There is the possibility to build more in the plot.

Interior
Entering the cottage is a spacious kitchen and dining room. On the same floor is also the bathroom. A wooden staircase leads up to the floor where is one bedroom and a living room area with traditional fireplace and wooden ceiling with open beams. From here there is a second entrance from another level of the garden. Next to the entrance is a nice size storage place which can be easily converted in a second bedroom.
Exterior
The plot is surrounded by old and in excellent condition olive trees and also many different types of fruit trees such as plumb, apple, fig, almonds, pears etc. In front of the cottage there is a spacious terrace with a BBq area and a storage place.
Location
The property is located in the countryside of the island in the area of Alikias. The property is remote from the road so it is very quiet and private. Only a few minutes driving from Panormos beach and not far from Skopelos Town and port.
Access
The access is from the central road of Skopelos -Glossa and then an off track road of 50m leads to the property.
Views
The views from this property are towards the olive groves of the area and there is a distant view to Panormos beach
