Are you looking for property in the Perivoliou area? Read on and find out more about it. The area of Perivoli (orchard) is quiet and largely uninhabited and there are several opportunities to purchase land in the area.
The main feature of the area is Perivoliou beach is the last beach to the north some 5km from Glossa village with a North – Easterly orientation. This can make the area quite gusty since it is open to the northerly winds.
The beach itself is a wide, shingle and sand stretch divided in two with a rocky outcrop that offers a more secluded beach to its right. Both have deep sparkling blue waters that are clear and clean. The main beach is actually organized with sun beds and umbrellas and the location is largely for those who like open and empty expanses.
The road from Glossa village to the parking area of the beach at the top of the cliff is asphalt. A foot path with several steps will lead you down to the beach from the parking area. The beach has a snack bar with coffee, beverages, water etc. The location is family friendly and very popular with local families. It is not suitable for disabled people due to the steps.
There is no bus going to this beach, but there is quite easy access by private vehicle.
