Cottage description
Complex of cottages in the area of Pefkias. Three cottages to renovate in a very private and quite area. There are lovely views to the countryside, the mountains and the sea at the far end. Very cute stone made cottages. The two are united with a covered patio, the third one is in a lower level with amazing views. Very interesting renovation project. Interior
The interior of the cottages needs totally renovation. There is space for three bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen. There is also a possibility to make an outside kitchen under the covered patio. In the property there is also a traditional wooden oven for plumbs, an outside kitchen and a cistern.
Exterior
The exterior is in different levels. Nice covered terrace close to the two cottages. The cottage on the last level has a nice outside area with views to the countryside and the sea at the far end
Location
The cottages are located in the area of Pefkias in a very quite and private location under the shade of the pine trees
Access
The access is from the central asphalt road and then approximately 800m of off track road but in good condition.
Views
The views from every level are to the countryside of the island with the pine forests and the sea at the far end.
