This is a very traditional stone made cottage set in a spacious olive grove. The size of the plot is 5.800 m2. Very private and quite location but also close to Skopelos Town and all amenities. The cottage needs renovation.

Interior
The cottage has two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom. On the top floor there is an open plan room which was used as a sleeping area.
Exterior
The plot is surrounded by olive groves and some fruit trees. Many lovely places outside to create seating areas in the green countryside of the island.
Location
The cottage is located in the area of Raches only a few minutes drive from Skopelos Town and port. Very private and quite location.
Access
The access to this property is from an asphalt road of the area and then an off track road of good condition for about 500 m

The views are to the green valleys of the area and the olive groves.
