The kitchen is spacious and very traditionally made. It is fully equipped with electrical appliances. The room has many windows and it is very bright and airy. A spiral staircase leads down to the ground floor of the building where the bedroom and the bathroom are. The bedroom is spacious with an enclosed spacious closet for clothes storing etc. The bathroom has a bathtub.

Exterior

The property has lovely outside areas. On the floor there is a spacious covered balcony, a lovely space to enjoy even in winter. This balcony continues around the property and offers some sea views. The property is located in the picturesque village of Old Klima. A very quiet location not far from many beaches of Skopelos Island.

Access

The access is from the main street of Old Klima village. The parking is not very far from the property although somebody can drive just in front of the property unload things from the car and then park it on the central road or in the parking area of Old Klima.
