This is a traditional Skopelitian cottage located in the countryside of Skopelos Island. The land is spacious approximately 12.000 m2 and the cottage is 70 m2. The land is full of olive and fruit trees. Lovely outside areas with nice views of the countryside and the Sea. Very private and quiet location. Close to Panormos beach.

Interior
Entering the property is an open plan room where the kitchen and dining room are. A wooden staircase leads up to the floor where the bedroom and the living room area are. This floor has a seperate entrance also from outside. Attached to the cottage is one small building which needs renovation and can be used as a bathroom or a second bedroom. The bathroom is located outside the main house.
Exterior
This property has lovely outside areas all with views to the countryside and the Sea.
Location
The property is located in the countryside of the island in the area of Ai Giannis Skliri only a few minutes drive to Panormos beach.
Access
The access is from an off track road in very good condition.
Views
The views are amazing to the countryside and the forests of the area. There are also very nice views to the Sea.
