Traditional stone made house with small balcony in a very quite location in the picturesque village of Old Klima. It is a two storey house with two different entrances. The property needs some small renovatin in order to make it livable. Ideal for summer holiday house.

Interior
On the ground floor of the property is the living room area with kitchen. In the living room area there is a traditional corner fireplace. On the same floor there is also a bathroom. A stairace leads to the floor where is a spacious open plan room with a different access from the back street. This room has french doors that are leading to the small balcony.
Exterior
The house has a small balcony with some smal views to the sea. The front f the house is situated in a small street with no cars or moto so yoou can easily put a small table and chairs .
Location
It is located in a quiet and very traditional village of Old Klima. Only a few minutes’ drive from GLossa Village and the port οf Loutraki
Access
The access to this propertyis from the central street of the village. Only 5 minutes walking from the parking area of the village. There is no parking close to the propert but you can unload luggages very close to the house.
