Entering the house is a spacious living/dining room with nice cemented floors and a wooden ceiling. There are windows on the two sides of the house and they give a lot of light and breeze. On the side of the ground floor is a small w.c., the equipped kitchen and the laundry storage place. A wooden staircase leads up to the floor with a lovely old but very nicely kept, wooden parquet. On the floor is the shower room-which has direct access to the terraces of the house. On the same floor there is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a window with a view to the garden. The other bedroom is also double and has french doors which are leading to a nice size balcony.

Exterior

The exteriors of this property are wonderful. The lovely garden with many plants such as olive and lemon trees lavenders, grenades, oleanders and other. Ideal space to relax and spend time under the shade of the trees and plants. An exterior iron staircase from the garden leads to the small and private terrace with direct views to the garden. There is also a nice size balcony on the top floor.

The location of the property it is only a few meters from Skopelos Town s waterfront, but in a quite neighborhood.

Access

The access to the property is from the small street of the island. A car has access but cannot park. A motor bike can park just in front of the property.
