From the hall way a staircase leads up to the first floor where is the spacious bedroom of the house with traditional fireplace and a big wardrobe. A few steps higher is an open plan room where is the living room area. This room has a traditional ceiling with open wooden beams. From here french doors are leading to the balcony and the private yard. The private yard has enough space for a big table and chairs. Private space to relax.
Exterior
The property is on a street without cars and motorbikes and there is enough space outside the house to put a small table with chairs and chat with the Greek neighbors. On the top floor of the house there is a balcony with some views to the town and a nice size private yard ideal space to have dinner under the stars.

The house is located in the center of Skopelos Town close to all amenities of the village like cafes, tavernas and shops.

The access is from the waterfront 5-10 minutes walking through the small streets. There is also access from the top of the village from Mylos square.
