Before you enter the property you will find a small yard with a lemon tree. Entering to the ground floor of the property on your right hand there is a nice size living room area with 2 windows. After the living room area is the traditionally made kitchen. On the same floor there is a bathroom. A wooden staircase leads you up to the floor of the property. Directly after the staircase you will find a small hallway with a window with views to the garden. On the same floor there are two bedrooms. There is one small size bedroom with one window and a spacious open plan bedroom with 2 windows and a glazed door that leads to a small narrow balcony. From this balcony a marble staircase leads you directly down to the yard of the property.


The big feature of this property is the spacious and private garden that it is attached to the property. This garden of 54m2 has a storage place in it for the moment but it can be easily removed in order to use the entire garden. This garden can be also used as a plot in order to extend the property if needed. The garden has a high stone built wall to keep it private. The property has also a small yard on the ground floor just before the entrance of the house and a narrow balcony on the floor. The houses around this property are most of them very traditionalyl decorated giving an authentic atmosphere in the area.


The property is located in the centre of town and only a few minutes walking to the waterfront of Skopelos town with all amenities, cafes, restaurants, gift shops etc. The neighborhood is not noisy at all because the cars and motorbikes have no access.


The access to this property it is only by foot, although you can drive only some meters from the house and unload your car and then park it down to the port parking area. Sometimes in low season you might be able to park not very far. Not accessible for disable people.
