The bottom floor, which is accessed via internal stairs from the entrance hall as well as its own entrance to the side of the house, is a calm and serene space with beautiful exposed stonework and very high ceilings. It’s entirely used as a large main bedroom with a queen sized bed, cupboard, and en suite bathroom. The toilet is privately enclosed but the rest of the bathroom is open plan and spacious, and has a walk in stone shower with Hans Grohe fittings, an oversized Duravit basin and a steel Bette bath with mirror mosaic splash back. The main stairs lead up from the entrance, under a crystal chandelier, to the top floor, which is entirely taken up by the airy, spacious lounge It has magnificent open beamed ceilings, with windows on three sides, flooding the room with light and giving spectacular views of the sea and mountains beyond. An east facing balcony, overlooking the harbor to the open sea, is a great spot to sit with a sundowner and watch the boats returning home in the evening. The room is furnished with 2 couches which can be made into sofa beds, a coffee table, rug, a counter for working from home, and air-condition.
