The house is located in the old part of Skopelos Town in the area of Agios Panteleimonas. It is very close to Mylos square with parking area, tavernas and amazing views to Alonnissos and the Aegean Sea. It is also very close to the old castle of Skopelos Town named Kastro. The beautiful beach of Glifoneri is at 1.2 klm from the house.

The access to this property is from Mylos Square n the top of Skopelos Town, where you can park your car and from there it is only 150m.
