Interior
Entering the villa is the spacious living room area and the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. There is also a double bed bedroom and a bathroom on this floor. A staircase is leading on the floor with two more bedrooms with french doors and access to the spacious balcony and a nice size bathroom.
Exterior
All the outside areas are very private located and very well kept. There is a garden with the swimming pool, and a covered patio with a seating area and BBQ. On the floor of the building is a nice size balcony with amazing views. There are also views from the ground floor of the property.
Location
The location is very private just on the edge of Loutraki area with directions to the Sea. Quite and relaxing and only a klm from Loutraki port with beaches, cafes and tavernas.
Access
The access is from the central asphalt road from Glossa to Loutraki a small road of 80m leads you directly to the parking of the Villa.
Views
The views from all the property and the garden/pool area are amazing towards Loutraki port and its beaches.
